These terms govern the NOONKIND website and purchases through the store. “NOONKIND,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. Using the store

NOONKIND Go is a rechargeable heated lunch box intended to warm prepared food. Read and follow the supplied product instructions, including charging, food handling and cleaning directions. Product images illustrate appearance and use; colors can vary between screens. Descriptions do not promise a heating time, battery runtime or temperature range unless expressly stated for the product you buy.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless a different currency is clearly indicated. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are presented before you place an order. Changes to future prices do not change the price of an accepted order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If a pricing error, stock issue or other problem prevents us from fulfilling it, we will contact you to resolve the issue or cancel and refund the order. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Payments

Payment is handled through the payment options offered at checkout. Provide only a payment method you are authorized to use. We do not ask you to send complete payment-card details through our contact form or by email.

Shipping, cancellations and returns
