Shipping policy

NOONKIND offers shipping to the United States. The U.S. checkout rate is $7.99 USD per order, named USPS TRACKED SHIPPING. There is no minimum order value for this rate. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery to the United States is 6–9 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; carrier delays can affect arrival.

Order and shipment updates

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address entered at checkout. When your order ships, we will provide tracking information. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created.

Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated shipping timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If it needs correcting, contact us immediately with your order number. We will check whether the address can still be changed before shipment.

Missing or damaged packages

If tracking shows a delivery you cannot find, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate. Keep the product and packaging while we help. A delivery scan does not prevent you from reporting a problem.
