Yes. Recharge the built-in battery before you go. Once unplugged, NOONKIND Go heats your prepared meal without a wall outlet or microwave.
What types of food can I bring?
Bring already-cooked rice, pasta, noodles, meat, fish, vegetables and leftovers. Soups, curries, butter chicken and other sauce-heavy meals can leak if the lunch box tilts. Keep it flat, with the lid facing up, at all times during transport.
Is it leakproof?
Do not treat NOONKIND Go as leakproof. Soups, curries, butter chicken and other sauce-heavy meals can leak if it tilts. Close both lids correctly and secure the side latches. Keep the lunch box flat, with the lid facing up, at all times during transport; do not carry it on its side.
How do I recharge it?
Connect the lunch box to power to recharge. Once charged, unplug it and take it with you. The battery powers heating — no cable needed at lunchtime.
Can I choose the temperature?
Yes. The product has adjustable temperature settings controlled on the digital panel. Select from the available modes using the supplied instructions. You do not need an app.
How long does heating take?
Start heating before your break. Heating time depends on the food, portion size, starting temperature and selected setting. Follow the heating instructions supplied with your lunch box.
How much food does it hold?
The tray holds 900 ml, approximately 30.4 US fl oz or 3.8 US cups. The lunch box measures 10.2 × 4.7 × 2.8 inches (26 × 12 × 7 cm).
How many meals can I heat per charge?
NOONKIND Go has a 7,200 mAh rechargeable battery. The number of heating cycles varies with your meal and heat setting. Recharge before you head out so it is ready for the day.
Can I wash the whole lunch box?
Remove and wash the stainless steel tray separately. Do not immerse the powered base or charging connection. Dishwasher compatibility has not been confirmed; follow the supplied care instructions.
Can it cook raw food?
Use it to warm food that is already cooked. Prepare meals beforehand, store them properly and follow the supplied heating instructions.
What are the shipping and return terms?
